Architype and Thomas Vale complete 3rd Passivhaus School in Wolverhampton
Wilkinson Primary School, Thomas Vale Construction
The collaboration between Architects Architype and main contractors Thomas Vale Construction is now well established with a third Passivhaus school completing handover in Wolverhampton. Oakmeadow Primary School and Bushbury Hill Primary School were completed in 2012.
The building also signals a growth in the common use of the Passivhaus standard, which was specified in the client’s brief, requiring this energy standard over the use of BREEAM.
