International line up of speakers at UK Passivhaus conference 2011
The UK Passivhaus conference 2011 boasts of an exciting line up of international speakers on both days, and promises to showcase first hand and exclusive information on Passivhaus projects abroad.
Bertold Kaufmann from the Passivhaus Institut will talk about implementation of Passivhaus around the world.
Ismael Daoud from the Brussels Ministry of Environment, Sustainability & Energy will give an insight into the ‘Brussels Passivhaus Law’, which prescribes all buildings in the Brussels region to be built to PH standard from 2015.
Sabine Leribaux of Architectes Associates will describe the Aeropolis office, a new build Passivhaus office in Brussels.
Chiel Boonstra of Trecodome will talk about Sleephellingstraat, a large scale domestic Passivhaus retrofit in a listed building in Rotterdam.
