Airtightness Masterclass Review
The Passivhaus Trust held its first 'Airtightness - Design and Application’ Masterclass on the 17th November at the Saint-Gobain Innovation Centre in London. The Masterclass was delivered by experts Paul Jennings and Stephen Gurney and was well attended with a good mix of architects, contractors and surveyors. Paul and Stephen gave examples of a variety of building types covering domestic, non-domestic, multi-residential as well as EnerPHit refurbishment projects.
The event received one of the highest feedback ratings of our Masterclass programme and covered a range of subjects including Paul’s 12 steps to successfully achieving airtightness, quality assurance on site using airtightness champions and testing protocols for ‘standard’ and ‘co-pressure’ testing.
