Racecourse Estate receives Passivhaus certification

The BRE has announced that the Racecourse Estate by Gentoo Homes has recieved Passivhaus certification. The development at Houghton-lee-Spring totals 25 homes in 4 terraced Passivhaus units and is one of the UK’s largest Passivhaus schemes.
