UK Passivhaus goes LARGE:

Hosted by Architype’s Jonothan Hines, the conference focuses on UK Passivhaus at scale. We will be exploring the biggest Passivhaus projects currently under development in the UK, covering a total of almost 1000 units. As expected, the programme will explore the latest developments and research within the Passivhaus arena. It will get into the nitty gritty of project successes and challenges.

The first Passivhaus Mini Tradeshow:

For the first time the exhibition space will be opened to the public in the afternoon. Exhibitors at the forefront of Passivhaus development in the UK will be showcasing components capable of meeting, & services integral to achieving the stringent Standard. With over 30 exhibitors, models and demonstrations; take advantage of the chance to talk directly to experienced industry experts.

It’s all in the detail:

Large scaled models/ features of construction details will enable hands on learning via scheduled demonstrations in the tradeshow area by our feature exhibitors. They will highlight the importance of quality construction and attention to details in Passivhaus design and build.

The secrets of success will be showcased and celebrated with an exhibition of this year’s UK Passivhaus Awards finalists. We will also be honouring the first winners of our pilot Passivhaus Student Competition, with the prize giving ceremony taking place at the Conference.
