Passivhaus JOB! Taylor Kay seek Architect/Part II assistant
Experienced Part II Architectural Assistant/ Recently Qualified Part III Architect - Knowledge of Passivhaus an advantage, a thirst to learn essential.
Taylor Kay Architecture Ltd is a recently established, sustainable design led practice, based in Forest Hill, South-East London that specialise in low energy and Passivhaus design. Due to an increased workload they are seeking a Part II architectural assistant or recently qualified Part III Architect to join their small but sociable team.
The practice have recently started their first Passivhaus project, with their School Farm barn conversion project being submitted to planning.

They are looking for a creative and motivated individual to work on a range of interesting residential projects at various stages. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years UK experience along with the following attributes:
- exceptional design portfolio
- excellent communication skills – fluent in written and spoken English
- proven UK residential experience, particularly one-off residential projects
- good working knowledge of UK building regulations and construction technology
- proven work experience across all RIBA work stages
- excellent AutoCAD skills essential
- excellent Sketch Up skills essential
- knowledge of Passivhaus an advantage
