Embarking on a Passivhaus Grand Design?
Do you have a Passivhaus/ EnerPHit residential project starting soon or recently begun (particularly in London) that could be suitable to follow for an episode of Grand Designs?
Ideally, suitable projects will have been granted planning permission (although the Grand Design team are interested in hearing from exciting projects for which planning is still being considered).

Initial Project Criteria:
- New residential builds or significant residential conversions
- Represents unusual and/or challenging architectural homebuilding projects, featuring unique or interesting elements in terms of design, materials, construction techniques, location and/or the people involved.
- Planning permission has been granted.
- Occupants/owners of the property agree to be involved with the project and are available to be filmed on a regular basis - Filming takes place over the course of 16 days (6 of which with Kevin McCloud), throughout the duration of the build, and ideally the owners of the property would be available for all of those days.
