Old Water Tower Passivhaus & Burry Port Primary make RIBA Regional shortlists
Congratulations to PHT member Gresford Architects, and PHT Patron member Architype on being shortlisted for the Regional RIBA awards. Architype's Burry Port Primary School competes againsts another 5 schemes selected in the Welsh region.

Gresford Architects', The Old Water Tower, participate in the 2015 UK Passivhaus Open Days, and is the sole Passivhaus project to become a finalist in England. 32 schemes are vying for the RIBA regional accolade in the South, which covers Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Middlesex and Oxfordshire.

Regional winners will be put forward for the RIBA National Awards. Those collecting national awards will then be considered for the 2016 RIBA Stirling Prize. 2015 Passivhaus winners include national winner Dundon Passivhaus, and regional winners River Studio & HARC.
