NEW Passivhaus Advisory Service & Procurement Clubs

After launching the Passivhaus Social Campaign back in 2016, the Trust has subsequently delivered several regional events, alongside guidance booklets, videos, and case studies, for social housing providers to successfully implement the Standard.

Client Advisory Service

In 2020 the Trust will be taking this further by offering a Passivhaus Client Advisory Service. This will provide objective and unbiased early-stage strategic Passivhaus advice via one-to-one meetings tailored to your requirements.  You may only need us to be involved to help develop the initial strategy and brief, but we can also help identify appropriate advisors to support you throughout the project in a client advisory role if needed. Wales and West Housing Association & Harringay Council have taken advantage of receiving this help. Procurement Clubs

We are also exploring how to provide procurement support to Passivhaus building clients and contractors who all face similar challenges so that they can benefit from sharing their experiences and developing best practices.  This will take the form of a series of regional events run throughout the year which will focus on specific sectors including social housing, education and commercial buildings.
