Client Clubs launch to support housing delivery at scale

This week the Trust is launching a new series of Residential Passivhaus Client Clubs, designed to support local authorities, housing providers and developers in delivering high-quality housing at scale.

The initiative responds to increasing sector pressure to meet housing targets while addressing fuel poverty, improving building performance and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.

The online launch event takes place online this Wednesday 29 April, bringing together industry leaders and practitioners to share practical insight from projects already delivering to the Passivhaus standard.

The session will explore key challenges and opportunities facing large-scale housing delivery, including quality assurance, procurement approaches and the development of robust business cases. Attendees will gain insight into how Passivhaus can help reduce performance risk while supporting the delivery of comfortable, healthy and energy-efficient homes.

Building on a successful 2025 programme, this expanded series will include both Passivhaus Trust and member-led events, creating a collaborative platform for knowledge sharing across the sector.

The Residential Passivhaus Client Clubs are aimed at clients and decision-makers seeking a clear, evidence-based route to delivering better-performing homes and contributing to climate action.
