The St Edmund Hall development of 128 study bedrooms and communal facilities will be housed in a mixture of new construction designed to Passivhaus standards, and upgrades to the two Grade II Listed buildings within the site, including the complete retrofit of a Victorian Villa, aiming to be Part L Building Regulations compliant. Work began October 2023 and is due to be completed in Autumn 2026.
